The 316 stainless steel inner liner is a genuine upgrade over the 304 grade used in most kettles — it is more corrosion-resistant and food-safe, especially for acidic drinks like lemon water. The LED display shows real-time temperature, and four presets (113, 131, 176, 212F) cover everything from warm milk to full boiling. Auto shut-off kicks in when it reaches your set temperature, and the lid auto-locks during boiling with a one-way pressure release valve that vents steam without leaking.
The trade-off for portability is speed: at 300W (vs 1500W for full-size kettles), it takes about 10 minutes to reach a full boil.
